Our visit to Blue Mt. Lake Inn this last summer was again splendid. At the end of a long day of bicycling Meredith's hospitality and relaxing personality was great to share. The complimentary beverage on arrival and the stars over the ADK as we sat on their dock and took in the beauty was great. Very reasonably priced and excellent location. Blue Mt. Lake Inn will be a yearly stop for me.
We biked through blue mountain lake on a long trip and stayed here twice. Meredith is awesome and had a cold beer waiting for us after the long ride. The beds are super comfortable and breakfast in the morning is great. And the best part for me was the sitting on Meredith's private dock on the lake in the evening and watching the stars. With only a few cabins on the lake, they are magnificent. If you are looking for a great place in the Adirondacks that makes you feel like family then book this place, you won't regret it. I promise!
I was lucky to find and stay at the Blue Mountain Lake Inn. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts delicious and very filling. The innkeeper, Meredith, was very knowledgeable about the area and did everything possible to make all guest's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in the Adirondacks.
The Blue Mountain Inn was a wonderful place to experience beautiful both the Blue Mt and Indian Lake area. I returned to the area for the first time in 30 years on a pilgrimage to explore some family history and had a wonderful time reconnecting with some old friends while enjoying the calm & scenic landscape. Meredith is a wonderful Innkeeper who started my day with a great breakfast and helped me navigate the area. It was a treat to meet other guests from around the world, Israel and Holland, enjoy breakfast with them and then reconnect in the evening while overlooking the lake to share our adventures from the day with each other. This all made for a very memorable weekend. Meredith's dog Mango joined me for a serious hike up Blue Mountain. I will be back.
Bed was super. Owner very attentive to what needs we had. Perfect location. Good comfortable common space.
